Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Chicken Breast cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Oil or non-stick cooking spray
Buffalo Sauce:
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo Wing Sauce Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter
  • 3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar or 2 Tablespoons honey

Method

Step 1: Prepare and Season the Chicken
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces. Place them in a bowl and toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drizzle with olive oil or use non-stick cooking spray if preferred.
  2. Cook the chicken for about 3–4 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through. Cooking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the pieces.
Step 3: Make the Buffalo Sauce
  1. In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, heat the buffalo wing sauce, butter, and brown sugar together. Stir until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
Step 4: Toss and Simmer
  1. Add the cooked chicken to the sauce and toss until each piece is fully coated. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes so the sauce thickens and sticks to the chicken.
Step 5: Serve
  1. Serve warm with ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing, carrots, and celery. These buffalo chicken bites also pair well with mashed potatoes or smashed potatoes for a complete meal.
